Ideal candidate will be responsible of delivering and contributing in the delivery of customizations/extensions for SAP ERP. Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and map the requirements to prepare Technical specification. Implements the solution based on technical specification and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. Activities cover the detailed design, development, Unit-Testing, deployment while assuring compliance towards work processes & best practices.

• Bachelor degree in information technology or business economics
• 5+ years of SAP ABAP/NW experience of complex development scenarios and integrations with experience in designing & developing interfaces using ABAP, ALE/IDOC, ALV reports with OOPS concept, Smartforms, BAPI's, Dialogue / screen programming, workflows & Web dynpro.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP R/3 technical design or back/front-end development. Participated in more than one implementation project.
• Relevant knowledge of SAP associate best practices like coding standard, testing tools/techniques.
• Relevant certification would be an asset.
• Should have adequate knowledge of the software Engineering Processes-Development Lifecycle.
• Analytical way of thinking in combination with problem-solving abilities regarding the development process.
• Ability to provide expert advice on SAP developments & provide architecture level insights.
• Customer-oriented & team player with good analytical & communication skills, interfacing with Functional, Technical Leads and Solution Architect to contribute in solution Technical definition & delivery
• Ability to mentor ERP developers.
• Able to plan and organize deliverables.
