Human Resources supervisor is urgently required for a multinational Group
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the annual HR review process including: - Succession planning -Timeline setting –Training Management -Performance management & Staff Reviews -System ownership.
• Manage the annual Goals and Objectives and annual performance review Process.
• Act as a liaison between management and other company departments.
• Oversee and drive projects as needed on all staffing processes across the business, including: (Job profiling, descriptive documentations, Pipeline development, Performance appraisals, Recruitment, Reporting, Compliance, Related training, Internship, early/mid-career pipelines, Developmental and Engagement programs).
• Provide guidance for HR staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree.
• HR Post graduate studies are a must (HRM Diploma or certification or any other related discipline).
• Five + years of experience in a Human Resources role (e.g. staffing, performance Management, program development, etc.).
• Strong business acumen with sound critical thinking ability.
• Dedicated focus on timely execution of key initiatives.
• Accountability for decisions, actions, and results.
