- Distributing jobs/work orders to available service men/technicians/craftsmen, taking into account the capability of each.
- Initiate periodic/ random inspections in various stages of work, follow up the jobs during his shift and resolve any unforeseen problems.
- Receiving breakdown calls from Senior-First Engineer and assign a group according to work requirement and priorities
- Check jobs after completion to ensure proper service/repair.
- Enforce safety standards in line with company policy and government regulations.
- Maintaining good house-keeping practices in all equipment and working areas.
- Assist in training technicians whenever required to increase work efficiency.
- Perform other duties as may be requested by his supervisor

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
|
|
- University degree, Faculty of Engineering, Electrical Power
- One (1) year experience in heavy equipment .
- Ability to work ubder shifting roaster.
- Effective motivational and leadership capabilies.
- Satisfactory interpersonal communcation skills.
- Reasonable English language .
- Understandingand reading electrical deawing and following up digrams
