Multinational Petroleum company is looking for :
Junior Accountant
Graduation Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting
Working Experience: One year is preferred but not mandatory.
1- Custodian of Company’s Petty Cash.
2- Provide Cash Advances to Employees as per company’s policy.
3- Receiving and logging all supplier invoices.
4- Sending Supplier invoices to various departments for checkin
g and approving.
5- Following up on these invoices with various departments in case they were not approved on the spot.
6- Data Entry in the Company’s Accounting system.
7- Responsible for all the department’s filing.
8- Preparation of payments to suppliers either by cheque or bank transfer.
9- Preparation of monthly Max Gulf Payments .
10- Preparation of Local Withholding tax returns with assistance from Other Senior Accountants.
Other Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
