Job description
• Manage, configure and implement Enterprise systems solutions.
• Identify and resolve all operational systems problems for Moopx customers.
• Install and operate LAN, WAN services for Moopx customers.
• Plan, Manage and implement customers Information Technology projects.
• Administrate and support front-end and back-end hardware servers.
• Follow up and handle all Moopx customers troubles till closed.
• Insure that all assigned project tasks are closed successfully within due date.
• Develop technical skills in all Moopx supported products.
• Develop advanced technical skills in Microsoft Administrations.
• Build systems documentation to all customers’ services.
Education:
Bachelor degree in information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
Work Experience:
2 Years minimum work experience preferable at Information Technology field.
Technical Knowledge:
--Experience in Microsoft different products.
--Experience in Windows Server and ActiveDirectory platforms.
--Ability to provide technical support on both software and hardware.
--Experience with remote control tools and reporting tools
--Scripting and programming skills is a plus
Technical skills:
--Microsoft certified minimum on one main products (MCP’s) recommended (MCSE)
Personal skills:
--Strong written and verbal communication Skills
--Excellent spoken and written English.
--Ability to remain calm under pressure
--Strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiating ability
-- Ability to work within a team.
Special requirements:
• Strong customer service skills.
