Description a. Sets the standards and performance measures (KPIs) for the IT department, and cascades it down to his/her direct reports and monitors their timely implementation, ensures the achievement of the set objectives. b. Manages and supervises the daily processing, development and maintenance of IT operations and/or modules. c. Manages and ensures all programs regular verification procedures; checking and debugging, to eliminate any accidents. d. Ensures backups are made at the end of every working day to avoid any risk of loss, damage or destruction of data. e. Supervises the installation of the cabling, network systems. Maintains and ensures their on-going operations, and provides technical support on need basis. f. Identifies and qualifies hardware & software suppliers. Acts as their primary contact to ensure and maintain a continuous and proper functioning of the IT applications. g. Conduct IT training session to all employees on the proper use of the IT applications.
Qualifications B.Sc. in any discipline preferred in computer sciences. Not less than 5 years experience in the hospitality, food production, retail fields.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
