Description 1-Working directly with Clients via phone OR remote sessions to diagnose & resolve PC 2-Providing IT support relating Microsoft business applications and operating systems. 3-Delivering basic technical support. 4-Well communicating with customers as required. 5-Give a 1st. level of HW troubleshooting (PC Laptops Printers Scanners Network etc.). 6-Used to work on professional ticketing system.
Qualifications 1-Graduated from (Computer Science – Computer Engineering) Bach. 2-Min 1-2 years working full time supporting the windows based PCs in enterprise network environment. 3-Successfully completed at least one MCP level certification is must, MCSA is preferable but not must. 4-CCNA certificate is optional. 5-Male. 6-Experienced to work under pressure. 7-Presentable. 8-Have good communication skills (E-mails – Verbally – etc.). 9-Self-motivated. 10-Team player. 11-Own a car (Preferred). 12-Located (Maadi – Nasr City – Masr El Gedida – New Cairo) (Preferred). 13-Dedicated.
