Needed Urgently Accountant/Collection officer
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce-Major Finance (preferably English section)
• From 1-2 years’ experience in Finance
• Excellent English language is a must
Job Responsibilities :
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on clients' financial situations.
• Locate and notify clients of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment.
• Prepare and send monthly/quarterly claims.
• Handle the collection process (Transfers and cheques).
• Monitor PDCs and bank deposits.
• Update and send the overdue report on a daily basis.
• Update the GL with the collected rents
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems
